The Fire element is tuned to a pure pentatonic scale C – D – F – G – A – C – D – F – G (523–1567 Hz), supporting willpower, inner strength, energy flow, transformation, and the ability to achieve goals. When held, moved, suspended, or gently rotated, the waves create vivid, flowing, and uplifting sound currents.

How to Play the Swinging Chimes

You can play this instrument very easily – simply strike the tubes gently with the mallet to create harmonious tones. You can also produce sound without striking: hold the waves in your hands, move them through space, tilt or rotate them. When suspended, you can swing or gently spin the instrument to create long, smooth vibrations. It is also ideal for therapeutic work, where the player strikes the tones while the therapist holds the instrument.
