In relation to your personal data, you have a number of rights. These include the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, object, and to lodge a complaint.

Just as we have rights and obligations when processing your personal data, you also have certain rights regarding the processing of your personal data. These rights include:

Right to Access: Simply put, you have the right to know what data we process about you, for what purpose, for how long, where we get your personal data, to whom we transfer it, who processes it outside of us, and what other rights you have related to the processing of your personal data. All this you can learn in this document "Protection of customer personal data." However, if you are not sure what personal data we process about you, you can ask us for confirmation whether or not your personal data are being processed by us, and if so, you have the right to access these personal data. You can request a copy of the processed personal data, where the first copy is provided for free and additional copies may be subject to a fee.

Right to Correction: To err is human. If you find that the personal data we process about you are inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have us correct them without undue delay, or complete them.

Right to Deletion: In some cases, you have the right to have us delete your personal data. We will delete your personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:

We no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which we processed them;
You withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, where the processing is based on your consent and we have no other reason to continue processing the data;
You exercise your right to object to the processing of personal data that we process based on our legitimate interests, and we find that we no longer have such legitimate interests that would justify such processing;
You believe that the processing of personal data we carry out is no longer in compliance with generally binding legal regulations.
However, please note that even if one of these reasons applies, it does not mean that we will immediately delete all your personal data. This right does not apply if the processing of your personal data is still necessary to fulfill our legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Right to Restrict Processing: In some cases, in addition to the right to deletion, you can exercise the right to restrict the processing of personal data. This right allows you in certain cases to request that your personal data be marked and not subject to any further processing operations – in this case, however, not forever (as in the case of the right to deletion), but for a limited period. We must restrict processing of personal data when:

You contest the accuracy of personal data until we verify the accuracy of the data;
Your personal data are processed without a sufficient legal basis (e.g., beyond what we need to process), but you prefer only their restriction (e.g., if you expect that you might provide us with such data in the future);
We no longer need your personal data for the above-mentioned processing purposes, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or
You have objected to processing. During the period while we verify whether your objection is justified, we are required to restrict processing of your personal data.
Right to Portability: You have the right to receive all your personal data that you have provided to us and that we process based on your consent and on the fulfillment of the contract in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. In order to easily transfer data upon your request, it may only involve data that we process automatically in our electronic databases.
To object to the processing of personal data, which occurs based on our legitimate interest. If it concerns marketing activities, we will stop processing your personal data immediately; in other cases, we will do so unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for continuing such processing.

Right to File a Complaint: Exercising the above rights does not affect your right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. You may particularly exercise this right if you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or in violation of generally binding legal regulations. You can lodge a complaint against our processing of personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection, which is located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

The quickest way to exercise and request the performance of rights is via email at: obchod@lecive-nastroje.cz

We will handle your request without undue delay, but no later than one month from receipt. In exceptional cases, especially due to the complexity of your request, we are entitled to extend this period by an additional two months. Of course, we will inform you of such an extension and its reasons.

For all matters related to the processing of your personal data, our data protection officer is available to you.

You can contact the officer via email at: obchod@lecive-nastroje.cz
