How to shop?
If you wish to purchase musical instruments from our wide range, you have the following options:

You can order instruments in the standard way directly from our website.

Add items to the cart, fill in your contact details, choose the payment method, shipping, and send the order.

We will send the ordered instruments to your address as soon as possible.

If any further details are required for your order, we will contact you immediately.

You can visit us in our showroom in Jablonec nad Nisou and personally see, try, and choose instruments based on a reservation you can make here.

For orders over 4000 CZK you will get free shipping (except for special oversized instruments such as resonance beds, cradles, etc.).
Payment options
We offer you several ways to pay for your purchase. Choose the one that suits you best:
- Cash payment when collecting in the showroom
- Cash on delivery. You pay the courier upon delivery, directly at the address you specify. Shipping and handling fee for cash on delivery by DPD/PPL is 114 CZK (9.50 EUR to Slovakia), shipping and handling by Zásilkovna is 100 CZK in the Czech Republic
- Advance bank transfer. For payment in advance to the account, by card, or by invoice, the postage by DPD/PPL courier is 89 CZK (8 EUR to Slovakia) and by Zásilkovna 75 CZK in the Czech Republic
- Credit card payment (via GoPay for online payments)
- Credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, GooglePay, ApplePay)
Shipping options
Courier service DPD/PPL
Couriers usually deliver within 24 hours after handing over the shipment (to Slovakia usually within 2-3 days). Before Christmas, the delivery time may be longer.
Below you will find more detailed information regarding this delivery option for your musical instruments.
- Delivery area: whole Czech Republic, Slovakia
- Delivery days: Monday - Friday
- Delivery time window: 8:00 - 17:00
For delivery to a private address, the driver will inform you by SMS or phone about the approximate delivery time.
It is unfortunately not possible to select an exact delivery time, but we can pass your request on to the driver. If the courier does not reach you, the parcel will be delivered the following day. The courier will try to contact you a total of 3 times, then the parcel will be sent back to us. The shipment can be redirected by arrangement with the courier based on the tracking number found in the email about the dispatch of instruments.
Courier service Zásilkovna
- Outside the Christmas season, you can usually collect your parcel from the e-shop the next day after dispatch at the pick-up point you selected. When ordering, simply choose the branch that is closest to you.
- As soon as we hand over the goods to Zásilkovna, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the shipment online. After delivery to the pick-up point, Zásilkovna will send you an SMS or email with a password for collection. From that moment, you have 7 days to pick it up.
Please do not choose cash on delivery for amounts over 20,000 CZK – Zásilkovna delivers parcels on COD only up to this amount. In that case, choose DPD/PPL courier or bank transfer payment instead.

Personal collection in our showroom
You can also personally collect your instruments in our showroom at V Aleji 2063/42 in Jablonec nad Nisou. You will be contacted by email.
