How to work with the set

Activate the tuning fork with a gentle strike against a rubber mallet or a soft pad. After activation, place it with the handle directly onto the body - on the area you are currently working with.

Vibrations are transmitted directly into the body through the handle. Work gently and without pressure. After the tone fades, repeat the strike and move the tuning fork as needed. While working with a client, you can use multiple frequencies or focus on just one specific area.
