How to work with the set

Activate the tuning fork with a gentle strike against a rubber mallet or a soft pad. After activation, you can let it sound in the space, bring it close to your ear, or place the handle directly on the body.

Because all four frequencies are very close to each other, you can also work with their combinations. Two tuning forks can be activated shortly after each other or simultaneously to perceive their combined sound. Slight differences between the frequencies create subtle pulsing.
