How to work with the set

Activate the tuning fork with a gentle strike against a rubber mallet or a soft pad. After activation, you can let it sound in the space, bring it close to your ear, or place the handle directly on the body - for example, on a muscle area or another place you want to focus on.

The vibration is transmitted through the metal handle into the touch and is easily perceptible at the point of contact. Work gently and without pressure. After the tone fades, repeat the strike and move the tuning fork as needed.
