ABOUT THE TUNING FORK
The frequency of 528 Hz, known as the "miracle frequency" or "love frequency," is often used in music therapy and meditation. This frequency is part of the Solfeggio scale, traditionally associated with harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. The 528 Hz frequency has the ability to repair DNA, promote mental balance, reduce stress, and aid emotional healing. BRASS TUNING FORKS
Brass tuning forks are renowned for their warm, rich, and long-lasting sound. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, known for its high density, corrosion resistance, and durability. Brass tuning forks are heavier and produce a deeper, fuller sound.
Therapeutic use: Thanks to their rich sound, brass tuning forks are often used to relieve tension and stress, harmonize chakras, and enhance overall well-being.
The tuning fork is struck with special mallets, hammers, or on a hard rubber surface (such as activators). Some therapists strike it against the edge of their hand or below the knee. Hold the tuning fork by the prong (optional handles made of cork, plastic, or wood can also be used), let it resonate (the sound might not always be audible, as the focus is on vibration), and hold it at a distance of 3–10 cm from the body, or place it on specific points on the body or painful areas according to the frequency.
