ABOUT THE SET

This set of therapeutic tuning forks is inspired by frequencies associated with selected minerals, as described by Dr. Barbara Hero in the research of the Lambdoma Institute.

The set includes four brass tuning forks with precisely defined frequencies:

• Gold – 316 Hz (length 15.7 cm): a warm, soft tone associated with vitality and calmness.
• Silver – 376 Hz (length 14.8 cm): a bright and pure sound that promotes relaxation and balance.
• Silicon – 448 Hz (length 14.2 cm): a resonant, focused tone with a light vibration, suitable for work with body awareness.
• Platinum – 312 Hz (length 15.7 cm): a deeper frequency with a subtle metallic character that supports relaxation and inner stillness.

The tuning forks are delivered in a fabric pouch with a pocket for a mallet or hammer (the mallet is not included).

BRASS TUNING FORKS

Brass tuning forks are valued for their warm, rich, and long-lasting sound. Brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, is known for its high density, durability, and long lifespan. Thanks to these properties, brass tuning forks produce a fuller and more resonant tone.

Usage: The tuning forks can be used for individual relaxation, sound therapy, or musical-meditative sessions. Their natural resonance helps release tension and calm the mind.

Strike the tuning fork lightly against a mallet, hammer, or rubber pad (such as an activator). It can be held by the stem or with a cork, plastic, or wooden handle. The vibrations can be felt even without an audible tone – the effect is primarily based on the gentle transfer of resonance, which can be directed into the space or toward a specific part of the body.
