Lumbar heating pillow with buckwheat filling brings pleasant warmth exactly where you need it most.

Buckwheat hulls heat up quickly and then release heat evenly. Thanks to the loose filling, the pillow naturally adapts to the shape of the body while offering a gentle micro-massage. It helps with stiff back, lower back pain, muscle fatigue, and chronic issues. And just like the cherry stone pillow, this one also offers a cooling effect; place it in a plastic bag in the freezer for 15 minutes.

The larger 50 x 20 cm size means it covers the entire lumbar or back area at once.

How to heat the pillow

Microwave oven, 1 minute at a maximum of 700 W (without additional functions). The pillow should be warm, not hot. Do not leave it unattended while heating.
