The filling of small grape seeds naturally adapts to the shape of the face and evenly releases heat exactly where you need it. At the same time, the pillow prevents light from passing through, so you can truly disconnect. It is suitable for eye fatigue, headaches, migraines, or simply as a moment of silence during meditation.

It can also be used for cooling. Just place it in a plastic bag in the freezer for 15 minutes and you have a pleasant cold compress.

How to heat the pillow

Microwave oven, 1 minute at a maximum of 700 W (without additional functions). The pillow should be warm, not hot. Do not leave it unattended in the microwave.
