Koshi have been among the most popular for many years. They are made of beautiful, finely crafted bamboo wood and, with a slight movement, they sound with a pure, pleasantly flowing harmony of tones with a long sustain.

Koshi have four different tunings based on the elements: Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. Each tuning has its own harmony of tones and a slightly different mood. All four Koshi also harmonize well together, so you can choose the one you like the most, or the entire set of four elements.

You can hold the Koshi in your hand and move it gently, or hang it in a room and make it sound with a touch. It is suitable for home, a meditation space, yoga, relaxation, music, or just for a short moment of calming during the day.

How to choose Koshi?

It is best to choose mainly according to the sound. Each Koshi has its own tuning and a slightly different mood, so we recommend listening to the samples of individual ones and choosing the one that is most pleasant for you.

Which Koshi to choose according to the element or sign?

You can, of course, choose according to the sign as well. Water is usually associated with the signs of Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, Fire with Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius, Earth with Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn, and Air with Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius. You can take this distribution as a pleasant inspiration, or simply return to the sound of each.

Is it better to choose one Koshi, or the whole set?

If one specific tuning appeals to you, just choose one. If you want to have a wider sound palette available, a beautiful gift set, or all four elements together, the entire Koshi set is a very nice choice.

Can Koshi be hung outside?

Koshi is intended mainly for the interior. You can hang it at home, in a meditation space, by a window, or in another dry place. Because of the bamboo body, we do not recommend leaving it outside in the rain or in long-term humidity.
