Himalayan Bowl 339 g

A small Himalayan bowl with a diameter of 10 cm and a weight of 339 grams, handmade from a traditional mixture of seven metals. It has a delicate and rich sound that you can creatively change depending on the strength and location of the strike or when circling the mallet around the rim. Its compact dimensions make it a bowl that you can easily hold in your hand, place in front of you, or take anywhere with you. Its sound can bring calming, relaxation, and a return to the present moment — whether you are playing for yourself or for others. You can use it for meditation, relaxation, space harmonization — or place it on parts of the body that would especially welcome harmonization or activation.

We recommend a smaller wooden mallet for playing by circling and a smaller felt mallet for playing by striking. Each of our Himalayan bowls is a unique original, which is why you can choose exactly the one that resonates best with you — according to the recording or in person in our showroom.
