Himalayan Bowl 285 g

A small Himalayan bowl with a diameter of 10.5 cm and a weight of 285 grams, handmade from a traditional blend of seven metals. It has a gentle and rich sound that you can creatively change depending on the strength and location of the strike or when circling the mallet around the rim. Its compact dimensions make it a bowl that is easy to hold in your hand, place in front of you, or take anywhere with you. Its sound can bring calming, relaxation, and a return to the present moment - whether you are playing for yourself or for others. You can use it for meditation, relaxation, space harmonization - or place it on parts of the body that would especially welcome harmonization or activation.

We recommend a smaller wooden mallet for playing by friction (circling) and a smaller felt mallet for playing by striking.
