Himalayan Bowl 1179 g

A medium Himalayan bowl with a diameter of 20 cm and a weight of 1179 grams, handmade from a traditional blend of seven metals. It has a fuller and deeper sound with a more pronounced resonance that you can feel not only through hearing but also in the body. You can creatively change the sound depending on the strength and location of the strike or when circling the mallet around the rim. Its size makes it a bowl that you can comfortably hold in your hand or place in front of you - and at the same time, it is large enough to be comfortably placed directly on the body. Its sound can bring calming, relaxation, and a return to the present moment - whether you are playing for yourself or for others. It is suitable for meditation, relaxation, and harmonization of internal and external space - or you can place it directly on the body where you feel the need for relaxation or activation.

We recommend a medium-sized wooden mallet for playing by friction (circling) and a medium-sized felt mallet for playing by striking.
