Cherry stones heat up quickly and evenly, then gently release heat exactly where you need it. Thanks to the loose filling, the pillow naturally adapts to the shape of your body. It helps with stiff muscles, back, neck, and joint pain, as well as menstrual cramps. Or simply place it on, close your eyes, and let the heat do its work.

Do you need a cooling effect instead? Place the pillow in a plastic bag in the freezer for 15 minutes and you have natural cooling at hand.

How to heat the pillow

The easiest way is a microwave oven, just 1 minute at a maximum of 700 W (without additional functions like a grill). The pillow should be warm, not hot. Do not leave it in the microwave unattended.
