This tuning fork can be set to different frequencies (from 32 to 67 Hz).

The entire set includes the tuning fork, two weights, a wrench for tightening the weights, and one mallet.

It is characterized by a strong vibration and a large amplitude, so its effect lasts longer. If you lower the weights, the frequency increases, and vice versa.
