In the process of creation of the Sun Gong it quickly became obvious that the sound of this bright strong Gong, which awakens the mind and is felt physically around the head area, was born as a compliment to the Shemoon. Although the New Sun Gong is a great compliment and partner to any other our creations, like the Sun and the Moon in our cycles of nature create a match which lights up everything it touches. There are many beautiful and inspired quote and poems about this magical, symbiotic, conflictive love affair between the opposits; the elements of water and fire. How much they need each other but it must be a relationship of perfect balance.
