The tuning fork set contains five brass tuning forks with frequencies of 256 Hz, 258 Hz, 269 Hz, 265 Hz and 262 Hz

BRASS TUNING FORKS

Brass tuning forks are known for their warm, rich and long-lasting sound. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, characterized by high density, corrosion resistance and long lifespan. Brass tuning forks are heavier and have a deeper, fuller sound.

Therapeutic use: Due to their rich sound, brass tuning forks are often used to relieve tension and stress, harmonize chakras and improve overall well-being.

We activate the tuning fork with special mallets, a hammer or by striking it against a hard rubber pad (such as activators). Some therapists also activate it by striking it against the outer edge of the hand or under the knee. We hold the tuning fork by its stem (it is also possible to use cork, plastic or wooden handles), let it resonate (we don't need to hear the sound, it's mainly about the vibration) and hold it at a distance of 3 - 10 cm from the body or, depending on the frequency, apply it to specific points on the body or to painful areas.
