ABOUT THE SET

This set includes five brass tuning forks tuned to frequencies of 256 Hz, 258 Hz, 262 Hz, 265 Hz, and 269 Hz. Each corresponds to a specific brainwave band naturally associated with our mental and physical states. When used gently, the tuning forks can support relaxation, calmness of mind, or focus depending on the tone.

  • Delta waves258 Hz: support deep sleep, regeneration, and restoration of strength; induce a state of deep calm.
  • Theta waves262 Hz: related to dreaming, meditation, and the relaxed state between wakefulness and sleep; help calm the body and promote deep breathing.
  • Alpha waves265 Hz: naturally support relaxation and tension release; suitable for unwinding before sleep or during meditation.
  • Beta waves269 Hz: promote concentration, mental activity, and alert attention; can improve focus and coordination.
  • Base frequency256 Hz: brings deep relaxation and harmonic connection between body and mind; supports inner stability and physical regeneration.

The tuning forks are made of high-quality brass and each is precisely tuned to achieve a pure, stable tone. The surface is engraved with the frequency marking. Thanks to their acoustic qualities, the set is ideal for relaxation and reharmonization exercises, music therapy, or personal use for releasing tension.

The set is delivered in a fabric pouch with an inner pocket for a mallet or hammer (not included).

BRASS TUNING FORKS

Brass tuning forks are appreciated for their warm, long-lasting, and rich sound. Brass – an alloy of copper and zinc – is characterized by high density, corrosion resistance, and durability. Due to its weight, it produces fuller and deeper vibrations that pleasantly resonate through the body.

Relaxation use: The deep tone of brass tuning forks helps release muscular tension, slow the breath, and calm the nervous system. Regular practice promotes balance, regeneration, and an overall sense of well-being.

The tuning fork can be struck with a mallet, hammer, or gently against a rubber activator. It can be held by the stem (or with a cork, wooden, or plastic handle) and played a few centimeters from the body. The vibrations can also be felt without audible sound and applied to specific body points or areas of tension.
