Himalayan Bowl 6900 g

Large Himalayan bowl with a diameter of 37.5 cm and a weight of 6900 grams, handmade from a traditional blend of seven metals. It has a deep and full sound with a long sustain and rich harmonic tones - a sound that naturally leads to silence and focus. You can change it depending on the strength and location of the strike or by circling the mallet around the rim. Due to its size and weight, it is one of those bowls that manifests best when placed in front of you or directly on the body - the sound and vibrations then penetrate deeply and fill the entire space around you. Its sound can bring deep calming, relaxation, and a return to the present moment - whether you play it for yourself, for clients, or for a group during meditation or yoga. You can use it to harmonize space and the body - or place it on areas that would particularly welcome deeper resonance.

We recommend a larger wooden mallet for playing by friction (circling) and a larger felt mallet for playing by striking. Each of our Himalayan bowls is a unique original, and therefore you can choose exactly the one that resonates best with you - based on the recording or in person at our showroom.
