Himalayan Bowl 4200 g

A large Himalayan bowl with a diameter of 34 cm and a weight of 4200 grams, handmade from a traditional mixture of seven metals. It has a deep and full sound with a long resonance and rich harmonic tones – a sound that naturally leads to silence and concentration. You can change it depending on the strength and location of the strike or when circling the mallet around the rim. Due to its size and weight, it belongs to the bowls that manifest best when placed in front of you or directly on the body – both the sound and vibrations then penetrate deep and fill the entire space around you. Its sound can bring deep calming, relaxation, and a return to the present moment – whether you are playing it for yourself, for clients, or for a group during meditation or yoga. You can use it for the harmonization of space and body – or place it on parts that would especially welcome a deeper resonance.

We recommend a larger wooden mallet for playing by circling and a larger felt mallet for playing by striking. Each of our Himalayan bowls is a unique original, and therefore you can choose exactly the one that resonates best with you – according to the recording or in person in our showroom.
