Therapeutic Tuning Forks Bioresonance
Description
ABOUT THE SET
Special therapeutic tuning forks made of beautifully resonant brass material. They have a long and harmonizing resonance and sustain, gently and effectively penetrating the entire area on which they are applied.
The 'Bio-resonance' set contains 6 tuning forks and is designed to act on the fundamental frequencies of brain waves: Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma.
- Delta waves: Deep dreams, out-of-body experience - 258 Hz
- Theta waves: Dreams, deep meditation, REM phase - 262 Hz
- Alpha waves: Relaxation (wakefulness), pre-sleep state, and drowsiness - 265 Hz
- Beta waves: Activity, thinking, active concentration, excitement, cognitive function - 269 Hz
- Base tuning fork - 256 Hz - deep relaxation and harmonic connection of body, soul, and mind
- Gamma waves - alertness, memory, and concentration - 296 Hz
USAGE
These unique bio-resonance tuning forks are used by placing two forks behind the ear area. From these two vibrating sources, our mind creates a unified sound called a binaural rhythm. The difference between these two frequencies must be sufficiently small for this phenomenon and effect to occur (otherwise, the two resonances would be heard separately).
Binaural rhythms very effectively and positively influence the brain and can be used for relaxation, meditation, calming, pain relief, and inducing various states of consciousness.
BRASS TUNING FORKS
Brass tuning forks are known for their warm, rich, and long-lasting sound. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, characterized by high density, corrosion resistance, and durability. Brass tuning forks are heavier and produce a deeper, fuller tone.
Therapeutic use: Thanks to their rich sound, brass tuning forks are often used to release tension and stress, harmonize chakras, and improve the overall sense of well-being.
The tuning fork can be struck with special mallets, a hammer, or tapped against a hard rubber surface (such as activators). Some therapists also activate it by striking it against the edge of the hand or under the knee. The tuning fork is held by the stem (you can also use handles made of cork, plastic, or wood), allowed to vibrate (you may not hear a sound – the vibration is what matters), and held about 3–10 cm from the body, or placed on specific points or painful areas depending on the frequency.
