Description
ABOUT THE TUNING FORK
The frequency 64 Hz is associated with musculoskeletal therapy. This frequency may be effective in releasing tissues in the lumbar vertebrae, sacrum, and coccyx area. Applying the tuning fork to a painful area can not only relieve pain but also improve mobility. It helps release nerve fibers and harmonizes the connection between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. When used around the sacrum and pelvis, it may also alleviate menstrual pain.

BRASS TUNERS
Brass tuners are known for their warm, rich, and long-lasting sound. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, characterized by high density, corrosion resistance, and durability. Brass tuners are heavier, with a deeper and fuller sound.
Therapeutic Use: Due to their rich sound, brass tuners are often used to relieve tension and stress, harmonize chakras, and enhance overall well-being.
The tuner is activated using special mallets, a hammer, or by striking it against a hard rubber surface (such as an activator). Some therapists activate it by striking the edge of their hand or under the knee. The tuner is held by its handle (optional cork, plastic, or wooden holders can be used), allowed to resonate (the sound may not always be audible, as the focus is on vibration), and positioned 3-10 cm away from the body or applied to specific points on the body or painful areas depending on the frequency.
