Each instrument is a handcrafted original. This specific instrument has a C# Pygmy 8+1 tuning - a scale with a gentle meditative atmosphere, where the notes naturally harmonize and the melody flows almost by itself. It is a tuning that will never stop pleasing or inspiring you - whether you play calm meditative melodies or more dynamic improvisations. How to play the handpan

You bring the handpan to life with gentle finger touches. The heart of the instrument is the central note - the ding - located in the middle, which you strike with your thumb. The surrounding notes on the periphery then come alive under the index or middle finger - depending on what suits you. You determine the depth and color of the sound yourself - through the sensitivity and strength of your touch, thanks to which everyone discovers their own unique expression.
