Indian overtone Flute small
Overtone bamboo flutes are based on the harmonic principle of overtones, like one of the oldest found flutes used by the south African Bushmen and many of the primitive signal horns.
Without fingering, fitted with a simple mouthpiece, the single pipe allows even the novice to produce sound immediately. With some practice of the diaphragmatic impulsation (increasing air-pressure producing higher overtones), the flutes invite in an easy way for spontaneous play and are fabulous for dialog with other players.
